Air Commerce was built from direct observation of what social live-selling teams deal with every day — comment floods, manual slip checks, and lost waybills. We built one system to handle it all.
Thai live-selling teams were juggling multiple apps simultaneously — chat in one place, orders in another, slip verification in bank apps, and shipping bookings elsewhere. This created errors and lost sales.
We built one system that brings order management, automatic slip OCR, waybill printing, and a cost-and-profit dashboard into a single screen — designed around the language and workflow of Thai live sellers.
Every feature in the system has been tested in real sales conditions and is backed by e2e specs and database schemas. No feature is claimed unless it is built and verified.
Good systems prevent errors first. Our state engine is designed so orders cannot close incorrectly, not just quickly.
